My education in clinical neuromuscular massage began with an amazing instructor who worked as a massage therapist for the Miami Dolphins.  Through her, a thorough and greatly detailed education of body systems and functions down to the level of chemical interactions/reactions in the body was learned.  

My professional hands-on training was taken to a deeper level with a privilege to learn from an instructor who had been a massage therapist for the Beijing Olympic Team, MMA fighters, PGA members and a national soccer team. He brought a wealth of knowledge and level of competency that has been of great asset to me.

Understanding the importance of continuing education to broaden my range of modalities, I have obtained training in specialized modalities with Lymphatic Drainage Therapy I, Fibromyalgia Certification, Integrated Reflexology and Reiki energy work ~ currently pursuing my Master's level. 

Having a core value of integrity, combined with a strong calling to assist those in need, has helped me achieve the award of Valedictorian at my alma mater and appointment of (Co-)Lead Therapist at a corporate-based spa.  I choose to focus on the "positives" in life and to live life with integrity - of "what you do even when no one is watching."
